Okay, I think we need to talk about my price. If you've been house hunting for a while, there's a decent chance you've seen me before. And yes... I've been for sale longer than I expected. So what's wrong with me? Honestly? We got my price wrong. When I was first completed, my owners were pretty proud of me. Brand-new construction. Great finishes. A two-car garage. Fenced backyard. A location that puts you minutes from downtown, Mass Ave, Bottleworks and some of the best restaurants, coffee and entertainment Indianapolis has to offer. They thought I was worth $435,000. Buyers disagreed. Fair enough. So we listened. My price came down. Then it came down again. And today, I'm available for $365,000. Here's the funny part: I'm still the same house. I still have an open-concept main level with high ceilings and a kitchen built around a large island, white quartz countertops and a bold backsplash. I still have a primary suite with a walk-in closet, double vanity and custom-tiled, glass-enclosed shower. I still have two additional bedrooms, another full bath, upstairs laundry, a fully fenced backyard, a covered front porch and my own brand-new detached two-car garage. And I've still never been lived in. The only thing that's really changed is the number on the listing. So if you've seen me before and decided I was too expensive, I'd ask you to forget what I used to cost and take another look at what you're getting today. Because maybe I wasn't the right deal at $435,000. But at **$365,000?** That's a very different conversation. Come see me. I think you'll be glad you gave me a second look.
